Gift Registry

At Baby and Toddler Town we have made creating a gift registry for your special occasions simple, easy and fun. You can create a gift registry for any event you like from your Baby Shower, Child’s Birthday or even a Christmas Wish list. Simply share it with your friends and family via email. A gift registry is a great idea to ensure you receive appropriate gifts and avoid double ups, it also takes the pressure off your guests by letting them know the products you actually want and the things you need.

How to create a Gift Registry:

  1. Log into your account or create an account
  2. Go to 'My Gift Registry' – click on the create new button and fill out the Event Details and Press Save Event when you are finished. If you would like your gift registry to be private add a password which you will need to give to your friends and family for them to access your registry. Otherwise leave the password option unfilled so it is available for everyone to view.
  3. Start shopping. Browse through our categories to find products you would like to add to your registry. When you click on a product you will see a button “add to gift registry” this will add the product.
  4. Once you have added your products you can amend quantities or remove products by logging into your account and click on your gift registry and managing items.
  5. Your registry is all set and active with all your products – Now it’s time to share it with your friends and family by clicking on the share link in your gift registry management area.

How to purchase from a Registry:

  1. Click on the My Gift Registry Link and enter the name of person who created the registry.
  2. Browse the registry list of items and add to cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your details, choose one of the delivery options. You can have the items either sent to you, sent to the recipient or Click & Collect it in person from one of our selected locations.
  4. Enter your payment method to confirm your order.
  5. Your order confirmation email will be sent to you.

Gift Registry Conditions:

  • All delivery charges will be paid by the person placing the order.
  • All items purchased on the registry can be either delivered directly to the recipient, sent to yourself (the person purchasing off the registry) or Click & Collect from your selected location.
  • Some larger bulky items are only available for Click & Collect and cannot be delivered
  • Products are only allocated once an order is placed and confirmed. Most products we sell are in stock ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days and are usually received between 1-10 working days after the order is placed. However sometimes due to high demand and supplier shortages there may be delays. You can always contact us before shopping to ensure the products you are interested in are in stock or to see how long delays may be. We will always keep you informed of how your online order is progressing and advise you of any unusual delays.
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase for all warranty and returns – We require an order confirmation or receipt for all returns, refunds and warranty.   • Prices are subject to change and will be charged at the current price for an item on the day of the purchase. This may include catalogue or discounted promotional prices and offers. If a product becomes discontinued and is no longer available it will be automatically removed from your registry.

I can't find a person's registry online, what do I do?

First, check the spelling of the name and/or the registry number. If you still can’t find the registry you can call our customer service team on 1300 751 705 or email sales@babyandtoddlertown.com.au

How do I purchase a gift?

Once you have logged into the registry simply add the product you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will then have the option of either having the gift sent to you, having the gift sent to the recipient or to Click & Collect it in person from one of our locations.

How up to date are the prices?

You will pay the current price for an item on the day of purchase which may include catalogue or discounted promotional prices and offers.

How long will delivery take?
