How long will my order take to arrive?

At Baby & Toddler Town we will endeavour to:

  1. Have your order packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days if all products are in stock at time of placing your order.
  2. Advise you via email when your order has been packed and dispatched. You will receive the details of the courier we have used and tracking number. Please note products being sent to rural locations, WA SA, NT & TAS may take up to 10 working days to arrive once dispatched.

Most products we sell are in stock ready for dispatch. However sometimes due to high demand and supplier shortages there may be delays.You can always contact us before shopping to ensure the product you are interested in is in stock or to see an estimated time frame. We will always keep you informed of how your online order is progressing and advise you of any unusual delays

  1. We will contact you by phone or email within 1-2 working days if products you have ordered are not in stock and have to be ordered in from suppliers.
  2. If you are concerned about your order please contact us and we will help

How can I change / amend my order?

Can I place an order online and collect it from a store?

Yes – at Baby & Toddler Town we offer FREE Click & Collect from our warehouse in Dingley Village, Victoria. Simply order online and we will advise you're when your order is ready for collection. Please click on the link to view our Click & Collect details:

What do I need to collect my Click & Collect order?

To pick up your Click & Collect order you will need to provide proof of ID and show the credit card used for the purchase for security purposes. You will be required to sign for the pickup.
