Shipping & Delivery

Most products we sell are in stock ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days. Once your order is dispatched it is usually received between 1-10 working days depending on your location. However due to high demand and supplier shortages there may be instances where certain products are not in stock. You can contact us before shopping to ensure the products you are interested in are in stock. In most circumstances you will be contacted within 2 business days if there are any stock delays.

Delivery Methods

  • Home delivery via Australia Post or other courier services such as Direct Freight, Fastways and Hunter Express
  • Delivery within Australia Only.
  • Click & Collect is a FREE pick up service from our warehouse at 5 Chestnut Court, Dingley Village, Victoria

Delivery Days

  • Orders will be delivered between Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
  • Please note products being sent to rural locations, NT, WA, SA & TAS may take up to 10 working days to arrive once dispatched.

Delivery Acceptance

  • All home deliveries require a signature upon delivery or authority to leave. If there is no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, and no 'authority to leave' is in place, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call and arrange another delivery time or collect from the delivery agent.

Delivery Pricing

  • You can enter your post code and our website will calculate an estimated delivery charge to your area. All delivery prices include GST.
  • You can choose the Click & Collect option – this is a FREE service.

Large & Bulky Products

  • We do have couriers and logistic services to deliver large and bulky goods Australia Wide. If you cannot obtain a shipping price please call us to obtain a quote over the phone.
  • Some furniture is made to order with the supplier, and depending on availability from the manufacturer can take up to 12 weeks to order in.

Insurance

  • Insurance is optional for your delivery. You can choose to insure your purchase incase it is lost or damaged in transit. If you do not insure your order and your items are lost or damage, Baby & Toddler Town will not be liable for a replacement or refund.
