Lay-by Service

Our lay-by service is a great way to get ready for your newborn’s arrival or special event without having to pay for everything at once.

We offer lay-by both In Store and On-line. You can lay-by any product including HOT specials and package deals.

In Store Lay-by’s

Please come in and visit one of our Superstores. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you with preparing your package and start your lay-by

• Minimum Customer order $100
• 30% deposit
• 12 week Order Terms
• Regular payments required fortnightly
• Customer Order are to be collected by the due date or holding fees will be charged
• We will endeavour to have your products available by your Due Date
• Prices are set once order has commenced
• Identification is required when making any amendments to/or collecting any orders
• A 20% cancellation fee we be charged on any cancelled items
• Some cots and furniture may take 7-8 weeks to arrive in stock due to Supplier outages
• If you require your products earlier than Original Due Date, 2 weeks’ notice is required and we will endeavour to meet your needs as best as possible
• Phone payments accepted by calling 1300 844 616 and press 3 Mon to Fri. 9 to 4pm Only

On Line (Over the phone) Lay-by’s

Simply call us on 1300 844 616 and press 3 for the Online team. We are available Mon to Fri between 9am-4pm.  Or simply email - sales@babyandtoddlertown.com.au and don’t forget to include your address so we can calculate delivery if required

• Prices are set once lay-by has commenced
• 20% cancellation fee will be charged on any bed, cot or furniture item cancelled
• 20% cancellation fee charged if entire lay-by is cancelled
• 7 days’ notice must be given prior to collection or delivery of lay-by
• Some cots and furniture items may take 7-8 weeks to arrive in stock due to Supplier outages 
• Delivery fees will be added to lay-by if delivery required (excludes Click & Collect orders)
